Our optimization packs are digital products that are delivered instantly to your email after purchase. Once the file has been sent, it cannot be "returned" like a physical product — which is why all sales are final.
We put a lot of time and effort into every pack and stand behind the quality of our work. If you're unsatisfied, we're always happy to help troubleshoot through Discord.
Didn't Receive Your Download?
If you completed payment but haven't received your download link, here's what to do:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there
- Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout
- Wait up to 10 minutes — occasionally there is a small delay
- If you still haven't received anything, join the Discord and we'll sort it out immediately

Exceptions
The only circumstance in which we will consider a resolution is if you were charged but received absolutely nothing and we are unable to verify your order. In this rare case, please contact us via Discord with your order details and we will make it right.
